Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Nexxio website and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Services

Nexxio provides AI-driven lead generation, multichannel outreach, and performance-based sales services. The scope and deliverables are outlined in your signed Service Agreement.

Accounts & Registration

• • You must provide accurate and complete information to register for an account.
• • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• • You are responsible for all activities under your account.

Fees & Payment

• • Setup Fee: A one-time, non-refundable fee as agreed in the Service Agreement.
• • Performance Fee: A percentage of gross revenue generated by leads, as specified in the Service Agreement.
• • Invoices are due within 15 days of receipt. Late payments may incur interest.

User Responsibilities

• • Grant read-only access to CRM or accounting software for performance tracking.
• • Provide timely feedback, approvals, and necessary information to enable service delivery.
• • Comply with all applicable laws when using the Services.

Intellectual Property

• • All AI tools, software, and deliverables provided by Nexxio remain our property.
• • You retain ownership of your data, trademarks, and business materials.

Confidentiality

Each party agrees to protect the other's confidential information and not to disclose it to any third party except as permitted or required by law.

Warranty & Disclaimers

• • We warrant that Services will be provided in a professional manner.
• • Except as expressly provided, the Services are provided "as is" without other warranties, express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexxio's liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Term & Termination

• • The term is governed by the Service Agreement.
• • Either party may terminate for material breach if not cured within 30 days of notice.
• • Upon termination, you must pay all accrued fees; Sections 4, 6, 7, 9, and 11 survive.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [State], without regard to conflict of laws principles.

Changes to Terms
